We’re about changing pictures
Changing Pictures is a Sydney-based video, photo and film production company. It was founded as the business side to Chan’s vision of creating documentaries that instigate change. We believe in the power of stories, and with those stories we’re inspired to create change.
Whether we’re capturing a clients memories, helping a client grow their business, or creating films for the love of it, we are always motivated by the stories. That’s what makes us different… and that’s why we’re Changing Pictures.
We’re a team of creatives; videographers, editors, photographers, drone operators, VFX/motion graphics artists, colourists and we’re here to realise your vision.

Chan Park
Creative Director
Chan is actively engaged in all projects being the main point of contact for clients. From consultation to shooting through to delivery. Chan will be there to ensure your story is told how you want it. Having worked with many well established Sydney production companies specialising in marketing, weddings, events, and real-estate he brings specialised expertise to all services he provides. He leads his team of professionals to ensure collaboration and delivery of project.
Chan believes everyone has a story to tell, and he’s no different…
Chan graduated with a double degree in Law and Commerce and later an Advanced Diploma in Screen and Media (Film & TV Production). Chan’s journey began with an epiphany he had whilst studying a course called Law Reform. Convinced on the power of pictures, Chan sought to instigate social change by documenting and sharing the human condition with film and photo. Since then Chan has persisted in expanding his filmography. He awaits to create an everlasting documentary film, “Finding Flow” to realise his vision.
Andrei Melter
Cinematographer & Photographer
Andrei is our in-house jack of all trades. In addition to being a cinematographer and photographer he is a sound mixer, VFX and Motion Graphics Artist. If there’s something needed to be done, Andrei can get it done Andrei graduated with a Diploma in Screen and Media (Film and TV) and an Advanced Diploma in Sound Mixing. Andrei is obsessed with shooting as his prolific IMDB Filmography and portfolio will attest. However Andrei’s most striking feature is his eccentricity. His personality juxtaposes between nihilist and friendly, tech-head and artist. These traits make him oddly charming.
